Abstract

In January, 2017, Sukoharjo experienced inflation of 1.15 percent in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) amounted to 125.04.

Inflation occurs mainly due to an increase in prices, which rise in the CPI (inflation) occurred in all groups, with the highest inflation occurred in transportation, communications, and financial services by 4.27 percent, and inflation was lowest in education, recreation and sport by 0.02 percent.

Some commodities experienced price increases in January 2017 will be: vehicle registration renewal services, cayenne pepper, gasoline, rice, pulse rates phones, electricity, raw tofu, papaya, cigarettes, chicken, potatoes, watermelon, filter cigarettes , glasses plus and minus, tomatoes, bark, coconut, donuts, rates of men's hair clippers, dry instant noodles, milk for bone, brown sugar, cooking oil, fan, jacket, gold jewelry, and solar. While commodity prices decline include: oranges, eggs, mustard greens, corn, garlic, red pepper, red onion, cucumber, white cabbage / cabbage, beans, peanuts, meat-range chickens, red snapper, anchovy , squash / Jipang, green peppers, and biscuits.
